Shipping Policy

At Aerofuel, we know how important it is to get your supplements fast and hassle-free. That’s why we’ve streamlined our shipping process to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible.

 

Orders placed before 12 PM (local time) are processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Any orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the next business day.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey every step of the way.

 

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@aerofuel.ca within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
